How long does processing & shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed. International deliveries typically take 7-12 days. Detailed delivery information will be included in your confirmation email. Some U.S orders will be shipped from a local warehouse with an average of 3-5 days delivery. Hawaii, USA, and APO addresses will be charged a freight difference and will be delivered by express companies such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

Are batteries and glue included in each puzzle?

Due to restrictions related to air transport and customs regulations in various countries, glue and batteries are not included in the package. We recommend that customers purchase white school glue or alcohol-based glue, both of which are suitable for assembly. You will need AAA batteries if you want to have the products come to life.

Can I request a refund?

Of course! If you made the wrong selection or changed your mind you're free to request a refund within the 10 day grace period. Please note that we can not accept returns and refunds if products are opened. Please reach out to us with your order number and we will do what we can to help out.

What happens if there's a missing piece?

We apologize for any inconvenience if this happens. Please reach out to us and we will get you the piece you need as soon as possible, free of charge.

How does billing work?

Depending on your choice of payment it will take around 1-3 days to process. MYSTWRKS will come up on your statements.
